Background: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory demyelinating disorder of the central nervous system in which Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), cerebrospinal fluid findings, evoked potentials, and clinical follow-up remain central to diagnosis and monitoring. Many patients with MS also explore complementary or alternative approaches for symptom relief, although the evidence base for disease modification remains limited and inconsistent.
