Bogdan-Alexandru Hagiu, MD, PhD, is an associate professor and researcher with extensive experience in physiology, pharmacology, pain therapy, kinesiology, and nanotechnology. He has authored and co-authored numerous scientific articles published in ISI-indexed journals, including Medical Hypotheses, Journal of Biomed Nanotechnology, and Revue Roumaine de Chimie, as well as books and book chapters in national and international academic publishing houses. His research activity focuses on interdisciplinary approaches bridging clinical medicine with experimental and theoretical models, with particular interest in disease prevention, biomechanical predictors of functional recovery, and innovative therapeutic strategies. Dr. Hagiu has also contributed to international scientific conferences and proceedings indexed in major databases such as Web of Science, Medline, and Index Copernicus. In addition to his academic work, he is actively involved in teaching and mentoring students in physiotherapy, promoting evidence-based approaches and critical thinking in biomedical research.
