He was born in 18th, September, 1963 in Fuping county, China

He graduated in forest science in 1982 from Shaanxi A&F University and then was appointed to the institute of soil and water conservation, ASC and Department of water resources and research  on forest ecology and soil and water conservation.

He graduated in 2000 and got master degree in soil science from Northwestern A&F University.

He graduated in 2004 and got doctor degree in soil science from Northwestern A&F University.

He put forward the theories of resources use limit by plants, vegetation carrying capacity, critical period of plant resources relationship regulation and new theory of soil and water conservation and have publishes many reputable papers on forest science, soil and water conservation, sustainable use of nature resources and agriculture high-quality development.

His research achievements have got many awards of national and department in China.

Now he is the head of "innovation China" Agricultural high-quality production and industry Service Group.
