Dr. Zhongchi Liu is a research fellow at Centre for Marine Technology and Ocean Engineering at Instituto Superior Tecnico, University of Lisbon. His research focuses on analysis and design of offshore aquaculture systems, measurement and monitoring for floating systems and intelligent aquaculture farms. Dr. Liu has published his research in leading international journals in the fields of maritime engineering and aquaculture structure. His expertise is well-recognized in the field of marine technology and offshore engineering. His research interests primarily include the optimization and sustainable development of offshore aquaculture systems, long-term monitoring and fault diagnosis of offshore platforms and application of artificial intelligence in offshore structures.
