Natália Vraňaková earned the title of Philosophiae Doctor in 2020 in the field of Personnel Policy in an Industrial Plant at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Materials Science and Technology in Trnava. She currently works as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Industrial Engineering and Management. She teaches subjects in the fields of human resource management, finance, and business economics.
Her research and publication activities focus on enterprise management, controlling, sustainable management, and human resource management, with a particular emphasis on generational diversity, age management, and the impact of digitalization and automation.
She has participated as a co-investigator in various national and international projects, and has also served as the principal investigator for domestic projects. The projects were primarily focused on human resources in the context of automation and digitalization, generational groups of employees, sustainability, and the development of competencies of industrial engineering students.
In her teaching activities, she supervises bachelor’s and master’s theses. She is actively involved in reviewing articles for professional journals and peer-reviewed conference proceedings.
